Heinzmann hubmotor systems are designed as retrofit kits for all types of bikes and specialized applications. The modular design of the system allows for ease of installation. Riding this unique electro-set you can climb slopes up to 11% and 40 km.

If you wish to retrofit your bike yourself you should be sufficiently knowledgeable of bicycle technology, as either the front or the rear wheel has to be fitted with new spokes - for mounting the motor. We will spoke the rim and hubmotor for you. Contact us for further details.

Component Descriptions

	Twist-Grip Throttle with Cable The throttle slips over the end of standard bicycle handle bars.
	Motor Heinzmann hubmotors are specifically designed to fit within the rear or front forks of your bicycle. (See Specifications)
	External Control Unit The external control unit controls power to the hubmotor. The unit features a convenient key switch and its small size allows it to placed on various areas of the bike.
	Battery Box with Integrated Control Unit The Battery box features a 36-volt 5-amp NiCd battery and charge display. The Battery Box with Integrated Control unit features both the battery and External Control Unit in one box. Both conveniently mount in our luggage carrier.
	Charger The rapid charger is designed specifically for the 36-volt NiCd batteries which will charge the pack in 2.5 hours.
	Pedal Sensor The sensor automatically engages the motor according to the pedalling force applied.
